Who we are

What we collect and why

The enquiry form sends nothing to a server. When you click the button, your own email program opens with the message ready, and you send it yourself. Nothing you type is stored on this website.

We use your message, name, email address and phone number only to reply and to arrange your stay or your visit to the restaurant.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses in short-lived logs for security and to deliver the pages. Cloudflare also records anonymous visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): which pages are opened, how fast they load, which browser you use and which country the visit comes from. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and builds no visitor profiles.

What we don't use

We use no cookies, ads or ad tracking. Fonts load from our own server and we embed no maps, so apart from Cloudflare (hosting and the visit statistics above) your browser sends no requests to anyone when you visit, Google included. The “Open in Google Maps” link goes to Google only when you click it.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and for your stay. We keep invoice data for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to us at the email address above. If you think we are not handling your data correctly, you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
